1. Entry Fee: $3.00 per head. Register entries online on fair entry, or mail a check and entry form (located at the beginning of the premium listings) before July 10th to guarantee stalling. Mail swine entries to the address listed above. There is no entry fee for FFA exhibitors. Entries accepted on a first come, first-serve basis until barns are full.
No exhibitor shall be allowed more than two entries in any one class. Any exhibitor can enter an exhibit in 2 of the 3 shows, but must be the same exhibitor for the same animal. 4-H, FFA, and/or Open Class shall have the provided registration and make sure its received for each entry for each show by the date entries are set to close for the show. This rule must be strictly adhered to in order to provide accurate placing recording at each show. Any entry not on the pre-printed entry listing cannot receive a premium.
Show Time - Thursday AM immediately following the 4-H Show. Will start with the Beef Babes show and open class to follow.
Cattle check-in is Tuesday Noon to 8 pm and Wednesday 8 am to Noon.
All cattle must be checked in at the 4-H Livestock check in by 12:00 PM Wednesday, July 24th.
Cattle will be released at 7:00 pm on the last day of the fair.
Weigh-in Wednesday 10:30 am - 12:00 pm.
Will be holding an all barn meeting Wednesday evening.
NO BREED SHOWS. All breeds compete together.
It is expected that barn chores are completed, and the cattle and barns are ready for the public to visit by 12:00 PM Wednesday through Sunday of the fair.
