“Mixed Nuts” delight children and adults alike with their adrenaline-driven comedy shows! Join them for physical comedy, age-appropriate humor and uproarious audience participation! This talented twosome has tickled funny bones throughout the region with their special blend of hilarious hijinks, guaranteed to produce side-splitting laughter in ages 4-94!!

The comedy duo that has been together for over 20 years is based out of the Twin Cities but also performs nationally. Lori was a Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus clown and met Mark in college. Now, making others is their full-time occupation.

They will be strolling the fairgrounds 30 minutes before their performance.

Take a trip down the Yellow Brick Road with Dorothy’s friends, the Lion and Scarecrow! These lively characters will take you through the story of the Wizard of Oz. Fair goers will join in the fun by making sound effects, giving suggestions on getting through the twists and turns, and playing the other characters! Everyone will enter the world of make believe only to return home where the heart is.

Musician-Guitarist/Actor Jeff Kortman has been a professional guitarist/musician and makeup man for over 45 years. He has played the Cowardly Lion in Grand Rapids, and judged two musical contest finals at the Judy Garland Museum and Baudette Minnesota’s: Lake of the Woods County Fair.

Actor/Singer TomHendricks made his first appearance in 2005 the year the ruby slippers were stolen, he roamed the halls of the Judy Garlandmuseum in rubber boots and a green pullover with two hats stuck together as one to form the humble hayman hat, but now he has played to crowds for eleven years as the brainy Scarecrow.

This show originated at a library in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, home of the Judy Garland Museum.

The Clown Arounds of Wright County • 1:00 pm

Sunday’s fun Clown Around Show features members of the Wright County Clown Arounds and staff from the famous Mooseburger Clown Arts Camp.

The Clown Arounds of Wright County are a volunteer organization. They entertain performing shows at care centers, day cares and community events. You can see them all summer at your local parades and festivals. The Clown Arounds have trained at Mooseburger Clown Arts Camp. This internationally known program is the longest running clown school in the USA. Students of Moose Camp perform every year. We are a kid friendly fun loving group! Why not join us!
